Mixed Asian veggie spring rolls with plum sesame sauce. We deep fry ours, Chinese style; these aren't the fresh salad rolls, which are more of a Thai and Vietnamese specialty.

Pork & cabbage dumplings pan seared- dip 'em in our house made soy sauce, you're in a pretty good spot. You've made some good decisions at that point. Just sayin'.

Our Caesar is a lovingly loyal version: house-cut and cleaned romaine, imported Italian pecorino shaved by hand, a classic made from scratch dressing, and amazing croutons.

Panko breaded chicken, fried crispy & coated in a Korean glaze, on a potato bun with our famous cole slaw, pickles, Malaysian Bang Bang sauce; it’s a mildly spicy, savory, awesome take on the fried chicken sandwich.

A classic, just like our favorite car named Wendy. Crispy fried chicken breast, potato bun, Duke's brand Mayo, pickles, onions, and fresh romaine lettuce, served with fries.

We make our curry paste with organic coconut oil, coconut, fresh spices & hand-picked curry leaves; it goes in a bone broth & coconut milk gravy on tater tots and jasmine rice. It's the one dish that has always and will always be on our menu.

It has become MontAsia Fishtail's signature dish for a reason: it's a Chef Lee creation that's basically beef lo mein meets whiskey meets open flame. Homemade noodles, topped with Miller Ranch steak strips sliced and marinated in house, seared in a wok with veggies and tons of Whiskey, topped with lo mein gravy.

We took our all time best selling dessert in 2025, threw the recipe in the trash, and started from scratch. It's bigger, bolder, made entirely in house from scratch, available only here in Fishtail MT, and maybe the single best gosh darn dessert ever offered in Stillwater County MT.

The Fishtail Locals' favorite is a classic moist cake with a delicious, rich rum glaze.
